Two division one winning tickets were identified after Thursday night’s $100 million Powerball draw — but one of those winners remains oblivious to their new $50 million fortune.

The other lotto ticket was held by a 10-person syndicate in Sydney’s inner southern suburb of Rosebury, with each person pocketing just over $5 million each.

While the Victorian ticket holder went to bed unaware of the vastly different life that lay ahead of them, Sydneysiders were receiving calls from The Lott.

“Holy s***, holy s***!” one Rosebury man from the syndicate told The Lott.

“Are you serious? I’ve won $5 million? I’m in shock. You’ve changed my life.

“I’m watching football as we speak, and I had no idea who was calling.”

A quick call to mum was first on the agenda for the generous winner who said he’ll be sharing his win with his siblings.

“I can’t wait to call my mum and tell her the news — she won’t believe me,” he said.

“I’m going to buy a house and look after my brother and sister. They’re my priority.”

Another Sydney winner from the syndicate told The Lott that the win was “unbelievable”.

“My wife is crying. I don’t have a mortgage anymore and my retirement will be much easier.”

The $50 million Victorian winner was unable to receive a call because The Lott officials did not have their contact details.

“While the Victorian entry was purchased online, unfortunately, we don’t have their complete contact details, so we are unable to make a mind-blowing phone call to them this evening,” The Lott spokesperson Anna Hobdell said.

“Imagine going to bed tonight not knowing you’ve just won $50 million? That’s the reality for one Victorian player.”

“We can guarantee that when they discover the news, it’s certain to be met with a hefty mix of shock and excitement.”

The winning numbers in Powerball draw 1420 were 13, 7, 18, 1, 23, 25 and 33, and the Powerball number was 7.
