A toddler has been reunited with his family after a desperate police appeal when he was found wandering alone near a school in the NSW Blue Mountains.
The boy, believed to be three years old, was found along Grose Road in Faulconbridge at about 8am on Saturday by a passer-by who contacted authorities.
Officers initially spoke to residents and members of the public in the area, but were not immediately able to locate the boy’s family.
Police released a statement just before 11am AEDT confirming the boy had been reunited with his parents, and thanked the media and the community for their assistance.
