A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a shooting in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services were called to Carlisle Avenue, Bidwill, about 2pm on Sunday where they located a wounded man.
It’s believed the man was injured at another location nearby before walking to a home and alerting the occupants.

The man, aged in his 20s, was taken to Westmead Hospital with a suspected gunshot wound and is undergoing surgery.
Officers from Mount Druitt Police Area Command have established multiple crime scenes in the area which continue to be forensically examined.
Detectives are investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
